Colored view of the famous pier at Colwyn Bay, with its ornate buildings and promenaders on the beach. The reverse features a handwritten letter to Mr. Mannette in Lambeth, London, and a green 1 shilling stamp canceled with a postmark reading 'PHENOS-RY 7FM 16' dated July 16, 1916.
