Portrait of a dancer named Martha, wearing a yellow dress decorated with lace and violet ruffles, sitting on a carved stool holding a bouquet. The reverse bears the inscription 'Series No. 839 - Th. 96', a handwritten address to 'Mlle Josephine Raisson who' to 'Guarantin de la Comité' to 'P. Marial' to 'Rabat', and a postmark from 'ROUSSY' dated '13-4'.
