Description

Postcard depicting two soldiers in uniform placing a wreath of roses around a gilded bust displaying the profiles of two men. The printed text at the bottom proclaims 'Heil dem Treubund!'. On the reverse, a handwritten violet message is addressed to 'Frau Pauline Dillmann' in Deggelberg, with a circular postal stamp of 'BATTALION 1. EINSATZ-BATALLION' and a cancellation of 'BATTALION-REGTS. Nr. 91'.
