Panoramic view of the Lower Town of Thouars from 1900, showing the old bridge overlooking the Porte Maillot and the town in the background. Printed text mentions the capture of the town by the Chouans in 1793. Reverse: postcard published by A. Papaglia, with a 5-centime postmark and cancellation from TITHINGES (Charente-Maritime) dated April 1st, 1900, addressed to Madame S. Pacquet in Paris 16th arrondissement.
