View of the quai du Parti in Toulon with a sailboat carrying several people in the middle of a harbor bordered by buildings. On the reverse, a handwritten message addressed to Madame Emile Eugé in Chartres, with two 10-centime stamps and a postmark from Tres Talle dated May 24, 1904.
