Panoramic view of the port of Toulon with colorful buildings along the quay and numerous moored boats. The printed text at the top indicates '9. — TOULON - The Quay - General View.' The reverse features handwritten correspondence dated January 24, 1927, sent from Toulon-sur-Mer to Chelles, with three French Republic stamps (10c, 15c, 15c) and a postmark.
