View of the entrance adorned with sculptures of Cariatides supporting a balcony above a carved wooden door, with two men in uniform in front of a metal gate. Reverse: handwritten text addressed to Madame Adèle, rue Collin in Chartres, with a 10-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Charte (Var) on October 19, 1904.
