View of the Mitre Quarter in Toulon-Mourillon, with buildings on a rocky hill overlooking the sea. The reverse features a handwritten correspondence dated 8/4/18, addressed to 'My Dear Mother', with a signature 'P.B.R.' and a note of 'Correspondant'. A postage stamp is affixed at the lower right.
