Scene of fishermen pulling ropes on a beach in Saint-Tropez, with a fortified tower in the background. Printed text at the bottom: 'St. Toulon. Fishermen.' (likely location error). Reverse: handwritten address to a captain in Versailles, printed text 'All foreign countries do not accept correspondence on the front', 10-centime postmark and Saint-Tropez dispatch stamp dated 16-8-1913.
