View of the Sub-Prefecture of Toulon, an imposing building surrounded by trees and a garden, with a handwritten inscription 'Bonjour à tous' and the signature 'Emile Antoine'. On the reverse, the postcard is addressed to Madame Joséphine Michel in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, with a blue stamp and a cancellation from Toulon dated 19/07/1907.
