Aerial view of Toulouse with the Saint-Cyprien Bridge spanning the Garonne, red-tiled roofs and historic buildings. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 13.12.39 sent to Madame Mme Mardui in Évry-Gargan, with a 70-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Ciermance (Hte Garonne).
