Description

View of the Gallardon Tower, ruins of a fortress castle built around the 10th century, which endured many sieges until 1443 by the troops of the Count of Dunois. On the reverse, a green 5-centime stamp, postmark from Dreux (Eure-et-Loir) dated October 6, 1907, and a handwritten message addressed to Madame Berneval in Paris, with the inscription 'Bonne heureuse fête, Bon baiser, Marie'.
