Description

View of the Hotel des Invalides in Paris, with its iconic dome, dated around 1922. The front shows printed text describing the building as occupying 126,985 m², begun in 1670 under Louis XIV, reorganized by Napoleon I and became the seat of the military government. The back shows a postcard sent to Monsieur Solétoys in Goura, with a 10-centime stamp and a cancellation from Paris 7th on September 27, 1922.
