View of the Saint-Gatien Cathedral in Tours, with the 70 m North Tower and the 69 m South Tower, built over three centuries from 1170 to 1547. The reverse has a handwritten correspondence dated 29 September 1916, addressed to 'Dear uncle and aunt' in Chatellerault, mentioning vaccinations and an illness.
