Night view of the Loire in Tours, with the silhouette of a church with spires and surrounding buildings reflected in the water. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated March 1, 1936, addressed to Madame Delplace, with a signature from Philippe A. Bruel. A postage stamp is affixed, and the postmark indicates 'Tours' with a partial date.
