View of the Town Hall building in Tours, inaugurated on September 4, 1904, with its main façade adorned with sculptures by Sicard, Cordonnier, Hugues, and Carlier. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated June 13, 1914, sent to Madame Debuches in Châtellerault (Vienne), with a red Tours postage stamp and a postmark of June 23, 1914.
