View of the Hotel Gouin in Tours, Rue du Commerce n°35, with ornate architecture featuring sculptures and Gothic gables. The reverse has handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Delaplace in Arpajon, with a postage stamp and a postmark from Arret (Loiret) dated 12-10-1918.
