View of the City Hall in Tours, an imposing neoclassical building with a central tower adorned with a bell tower. The reverse indicates the publisher R. Dorange, the destination to Mme. Mabanne in Pontouvre, and a date of 17 April 1933. A 20-centime French Republic postage stamp is affixed at the top right, canceled in Tournes.
