View of the Saint-Gatien Cathedral in Tours, begun in 1170 and completed in 1547, with its two towers of 69 m and 70 m. Printed text at the bottom of the front. Reverse: handwritten message dated 7 November 1914, sent to Madame Marthe Béguin in Meudon, with a red 10-centime stamp and a postmark from Tours (Loire-et-Indre).
