Description

View of the Tour de Charlemagne in Tours, dated around 1917, with an inscription mentioning the burial of Queen Luitgarde at the ground floor of this tower in the 12th century. The reverse bears handwritten correspondence dated 17-9-1917, addressed to a recipient in Haute-Vienne, with a stamp and a Tours cancellation.
