Interior view of the Hall of Festivities of the New City Hall in Tours, decorated with richly adorned ceilings and walls featuring frescoes, gilding, and red armchairs aligned. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame and Monsieur Thodar in Beaumont-le-Gaillard, with a green 5-centime stamp and a cancellation from Beaumont-le-Gaillard dated December 26, 1913.
