Description

View of the Justice Palace in Tours, with a tramway and pedestrians in front of the building. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Marguerite in Paris, dated February 19, 1907, mentioning a trip to Cherbourg. Postmark of 10 centimes from the 'Cérès' series (1898-1907) and original postmark from Tours.
