View of the City Hall in Tours, an imposing neo-classical building with a façade adorned with sculptures and a central pediment bearing the inscription 'HOTEL DE VILLE'. On the reverse, a handwritten address to 'Mademoiselle Florentine Porcher' in Saint-Martin-de-Beauvais, with a postmark from Tours dated 17-20-1913 and a green 55-centime stamp.
