View of the Town Hall in Tours, an imposing building with a bell tower and ornamental sculptures, in front of a square with a basin and pedestrians. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Maurice Roue in Paris, with a red stamp and a postal mark from Tours dated 1905.
