View of the City Hall in Tours, a neo-classical building adorned with a bell tower and a sculpted pediment, with a square in front where pedestrians are walking and a fountain. Reverse: postcard sent in 1913 from Tours to Rennes, with a green 30-centime stamp, postmark 'TOURS 9/10/13', and the recipient's address, Mademoiselle Louise Orieux in Rennes.
