View of the monumental portal of the former archbishopric of Tours, with its columns and sculpted pediment, framed by an ornate railing. Two men in dark clothing stand in front. On the reverse, handwritten address to Madame Menard, 5 rue Pénisigues, Caumont, with a green 'République Française' stamp canceled 'Tours' and a postal mark 'INDR'.
