Colorized view of the Town Hall in Leeds, an imposing building with a dome and clock, surrounded by a few pedestrians and lampposts. Printed text at the bottom: 'Town Hall, Leeds.' and 'Chromotyped in Hessen. Reliable Series.' The reverse has a handwritten address to 'M. Joseph Bruel, Petit Semicaire, Agen, Lot et Garonne, France', a partial cancellation, and a 57 centime stamp.
