View of the Elephant Rock in Trégastel, Côtes-du-Nord, with a man in period costume pointing toward the rock formation. Printed text at the bottom indicates the publisher J.-B. Barat and the photographer Mackenstein. Reverse: 10-centime French postage stamp, cancellation stamp from Rennes, handwritten address to Madame Lanckel in Saint-Romain-sur-Loire, and correspondence text.
