Picturesque view of a castle and a church perched on a hill, their reflection mirroring in a pond in the foreground. The back has handwritten text dated 14 July 1946, a 3 franc postage stamp from the 'La République' series canceled in Loir-et-Cher, and the recipient's address in Tournant (Jura).
