View of the City Hall in Troyes, an imposing building with a clock and turret roof, under a clear sky. On the reverse, a postcard sent in 1932 to Madame Th. Gauelle in Fumay (Nord), with a 25-centime stamp and a postmark from Troyes. The handwritten text says: 'Best wishes. Warm kisses. — Lerep'.
