View of the ornate ironwork grid of the Hôtel-Dieu in Troyes, with a classical-style building in the background. The reverse bears a handwritten address to Madame V. Gamby in Paris, a green 15-centime stamp, and a circular cancellation from Troyes dated April 17, 1906.
