View of the ornate ironwork grid of the Hôtel-Dieu in Troyes, surmounted by a crest and a cross. On the reverse, handwritten address to Monsieur Duchemin, Head of the Bureau of the S. cité Générale in Paris, with a 25 centimes postage stamp and a Troyes postmark from 15 May 1934.
