View of an ornate iron gate with a crest and a cross, located in Troyes. The printed text states 'Ironwork gate — work of Pierre Sadi'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 1915, addressed to 'Dear Rachetonne', with a mention of the publisher 'Le Sadi, printer/publisher, 12, Boulevard de Sébastopol, Paris'.
