View of the Jardin de la Vallée Soise in Troyes, with a small metal bridge crossing a stream surrounded by dense vegetation. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Monsieur and Madame Aubus in Montreuil-sous-Bois, with a green 5-centime stamp postmarked in Troyes on October 1, 1909.
