View of the ornate floral-patterned gate and a crest, framed by two conical topiaries, in front of the Hôtel-Dicu in Troyes. The reverse has handwritten correspondence addressed to M. Gagné in Mezieres, with a stamp and a Troyes cancellation dated 15 March 1915.
