Description

View of the Prefecture of Troyes and the Square, with a central fountain and gardens along the edge. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated July 7, 1924, addressed to Pierre, mentioning the presence of their mother in Troyes and recent demonstrations. A 10-centime stamp is affixed at the top right.
