View of the building of the School for Young Girls in Troyes, converted into a Canadian military hospital during World War I. The reverse has correspondence addressed to Miss Lucie Barquet in Courton-le-Haut, with a 10 centime postage stamp and a Troyes postmark dated April 30, 1917.
