Description

Black and white view of a natural dam at Ras-el-Oued, surrounded by rocks and palm trees. The reverse has handwritten text dated August 29, 1947, addressed to Madame Villette in Barbottan-les-Thermes, with two 3-franc stamps and a Tunisian postmark.
