Black and white aerial view of the village of Euseigne in the Val d'Hérens, surrounded by hills and rock formations resembling pyramids. On the reverse, a postcard dated November 8, 1955, sent from Valais to Paris, with a 25-centime Helvetia stamp and handwritten address to Madame H. Harteau. The publisher Gyrer & Magnenat is mentioned at the bottom left.
