Description

Colorized view of the Boulevard Bancel in Valence, centered on the Monumental Fountain surrounded by trees and lawns. The printed text at the top indicates the location and series number. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated December 8, 1927, sent from Montmeyran, with cursive handwriting and an illegible signature. A postage stamp is affixed at the bottom right, with partial cancellation.
