Renaissance funerary monument erected by Canon Mistral, from a wealthy family of Valence merchants, for his burial. It gets its name from its vault, the first of this kind made in France. The heraldic symbols carved on this monument are the same as those of the family of the great poet Frédéric Mistral. Reverse: postcard published by Lib. Bedouin, with postmark and cancellation.
