Description

View of the Monumental Fountain in Valence, on the Boulevard Bancel, designed by architect E. Poitoux. The fountain features a central column adorned with a statue and gargoyles, with several levels of basins and water jets. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Henriette Jacquier in Paris, with a blue 40-centime stamp and a postmark from Valence, Drôme, dated February 11, 1920.
