View of Valence City Hall, an imposing building with a tower and clock, at the center of a lively square. Reverse: postcard dated June 15, 1913, stamped with 5 centimes, addressed to Mr. Hippolyte Reille, notary in Chalencon (Drôme), with handwritten message 'Thank you and warm regards.'
