View of the Town Hall in Valence, an imposing building with a central tower and arcades on the ground floor, under a clear sky. On the back, a postcard dated February 13, 1918, sent to Madame E. Coissieu in Cornas, with a red 10-centime stamp and a circular cancellation from Valence (Drôme).
