View of the Town Hall of Valenciennes, seen from Rue de Lille, with a crowd of people in front of the building. The reverse has a handwritten inscription 'Souvenir du Voyage M. Duhart' and an address to Monsieur Mony in Le Perreux, dated 22 June 1926, with a 20 centimes postage stamp and a postmark from 'CHENNEVIÈRES' dated 22 June 1926.
