View of the Maison du Prévôt in Valenciennes, a brick building with tiled roof and mullioned windows, located on a paved street with tramway tracks. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence dated 21/3/29 sent to Léon Roubeau in Paris, with two 20-centime pink stamps and a postmark from Valenciennes.
