Panoramic view of Lake d'Allos in the Valley of Verdon, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and a small wooden building in the foreground. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated August 6, 1934, addressed to friends, mentioning a road near Italy, a farm, and children.
