View of Valréas City Hall, an imposing building constructed at the beginning of the 18th century, with an arcade facade and a bell tower. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to 'Monsieur J. Rousseau, St Pierre, Valréas' and a green 15-centime postmark canceled in Valréas on February 14, 1914.
