Interior courtyard of a thermal establishment in Vals-les-Bains, with a monumental fountain in the center, potted plants, and two women in period attire. The reverse contains a handwritten letter dated 1907, addressed to G. Ballon, describing a panoramic view of the Alps and glaciers. The postmark and cancellation are visible.
