Description

View of La Tour Trompette in Vannes, a square stone tower with battlements, located to the south of the large fortification and facing the sea, with a battlemented wall connected to the Château d'Hermine. The back features a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. and Mrs. des Capucins in Saint-Pierre, with two 10-centime French Republic stamps canceled in Rennes on October 21, 1918.
